Who we are?

We started this initiative because the time has come to change the way research and innovation is funded in Europe. We want to contribute to a necessary change by setting up this bottom-up platform for the various European research teams and actors.

Each of us has been involved in European and national research for many years and in a broad range of different activities, including performing research, coordinating multinational projects, training, project evaluations and advisory and expert group roles. The most recent activity being the Expert Group on "Diversified Funding streams for University-based research: Impact of external project-based funding on the financial management in Universities", which came up with recommendations related to streamlined funding.
